OCETL Board Members, Jack Green, Kurt Bernhardt, and Mark Jones went to Washington DC March 6-8, 2019 to advocate to support students, staff and schools across the nation.  Here they are with CoSN CEO Keith Krueger.

While in Washington DC, Jack, Kurt, and Mark

• Met with staff from Representative Cole’s office, Senator Lankford’s office and Senator Inhofe’s office.
• Visited with these staff members about E-Rate funding and Title 2A and Title 4A funding. Additionally, they talked about student data privacy.
• Visited with the FCC about challenges and what is going well.

It was very empowering to be able to be a voice.
