OKLAHOMA COUNCIL OF
EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS

Kurt Bernhardt is an Oklahoma education technology professional. As of April 15th, 2019, he is serving as the Director, Technology for the Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (OPSRC). OPSRC is a nonprofit organization that provides resources to Oklahoma public schools.

Bernhardt served for more than four years as the Executive Director of Education Technology for the Oklahoma State Department of Education. He is passionate about improving the education of Oklahoma students. With the help of technology, students can take control of their own education and use these tools for anywhere, anytime learning.

Bernhardt earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He lives in Choctaw with his wife, a third grade teacher for Choctaw-Nicoma Park Schools, and three sons.
